Line Of Service Owner H/F

Missions

As a Line of Service Owner you will drive the vision, definition and evolution of service offerings within Computacenter's service portfolio. Your role is to execute a strategy for services that ensures our offerings are relevant, innovative and competitive – meeting the needs of our customers and delivering profitable growth for our stakeholders

Responsibilities:
Owns and describes multiple service offerings within Computacenter's service portfolio. For each offering:
• Starting with clear goals of the service, forms a compelling value proposition and manages the entire service lifecycle including a roadmap of continuous innovation.
• Liaises with analysts, customers, vendors, sales, service management, SMEs, strategy and marketing to understand the market needs and competition. Uses this knowledge to ensure the service fits with CC's priorities
• Clearly articulates “what good looks like” for a service in terms of features, commercial models and target delivery models
• Helps drive and tracks demand for offerings within the sales pipeline through sales enablement and engagement, proactively supporting key deal teams
• Collaborates with Innovation & Change, Finance, Operations and Customer Service Design to break the offering down into re-usable service elements according to the CC service catalogue structure
• Owns and manages development budgets
• Drives the planning, budgets and execution of service offering development, ongoing delivery and in-life optimisation and improvement
• Drives benefits realisation and ROI through commercial success
• Creates and maintains a 5 yr vision and roadmap for service offerings
• Retires or evolves service offerings as market needs change.
• Role models CC Winning Together values making Line of Service a respected centre of thought leadership and an aspirational destination for top talent
Measures:
• Revenue and profit retention and growth for services (value proposition)
• Contract Base and Contribution (commercial acumen)
• Utilisation of service offerings in pipeline and contracts (relevance)
• Customer, employee and analyst feedback on evolution of service (innovation)

Skills / Experience:
• Proven track record in solution or service design with current knowledge of key technologies and tools relevant to the domain (End User & Service Desk, Data Centre & Cloud, Networks, Security)
• Ability to interact with C-Level customer contacts and senior analysts to understand business drivers for service offerings and relevant market trends
• Good presentational skills in a sales context
• Commercial awareness and acumen to be able to create innovative, compelling and profitable commercial models
• Analytical skills capable of assimilating a range of complex requirements or challenges into an elegant and engaging solution – technical background or degree likely
• Experience of the practical application of ITIL based services in a Managed Services contract
